By accessing or purchasing from NexusAccounts ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products & Accounts
NexusAccounts sells pre-verified third-party platform accounts. All accounts listed are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Each account is sold to a single buyer only and has never been previously sold. Accounts are delivered digitally via email after payment confirmation.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Upon receiving your account, you are responsible for securing it immediately by changing the password and enabling two-factor authentication. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure the account after delivery. You agree not to use the account for any illegal activity.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through OxaPay (cryptocurrency) or PayPal Friends & Family. All sales are final once the account credentials have been delivered. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute or share accounts purchased from NexusAccounts without our explicit written consent. You may not use our services if you are located in a jurisdiction where such purchases are prohibited by law.

Replacement Guarantee
If the account you receive does not match its description (wrong level, missing features, or inaccessible at the time of delivery), we will provide a full replacement at no extra cost. To claim a replacement, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your credentials.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued if: (1) the account was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, or (2) a replacement cannot be provided and the account was not as described. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations: (1) you have already logged in and changed the account credentials, (2) the account was banned or restricted due to your own actions after purchase, (3) more than 24 hours have passed since delivery without a report filed.
